Salads and raita......

Salads are universally known to be healthy foods........
(though green veggies might be laced with pesticides and have Salmonella, E.coli sometimes; also the garnished nuts might causes allergies to some.
I often confuse on how to toss good salads.
Ny reading many articles, I found the ubiquitous ingredients and have listed here.......
Fruits: Cara Cara orange, peaches, nectarines, date, fig,
Vegetables: cucumber, spinach, lettuce, purslane, arugula, onions
Flowers: nasturtiums,
Herb: parsley, mint, herb,
Dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, cilantro, shrimp paste, balsamic vinaigrette
Additional: feta cheese, croutons

#Use of mint
Can pre-root (10 days in water), put plant in shade
mojitos, gin, julep (mint-sugar syrup) can be used in iced tea, in salad (with feta cheese, black pepper, lemon juice), grilled chicken

#Use of balsamic vinaigrette (mix of vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, oil).
