My recipe: Oat porridge........

Boiled milk....
To it added 2-3 ladle of steelcut oat........
Let it boil with frequent stirring.....
As milk thickens, added water to let it boil better...
Added sugar.......
Porridge's ready.........
As such it tasted good..could have been taken a notch higher with fry fruits.......if nothing else, resin and cashew...


It can be a very simple comfort food for winter evening.....
